Our KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process requires:

Your withdrawal is subject to a standard review period to verify your identity and comply with regulations. Once approved, your funds are transferred to your nominated payment method.

Yes. We accept deposits and withdrawals from mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet bank accounts. You can link your bank account to your juragan account during account setup or through your Account Settings.

For deposits, we provide you with a virtual account number associated with your juragan account. Transfer the amount you wish to deposit to this virtual account from your nominated bank. The funds arrive within a standard timeframe and are credited automatically to your juragan balance.

For withdrawals, provide your bank account details during the withdrawal request. We verify that the account name matches your KYC information before processing. Once approved, your funds are transferred directly to your bank account within a standard review period.

Games and markets

Live-dealer tables are games hosted by real dealers in a studio. You join a live video feed and play against a live person or alongside other players. Examples include blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Dragon Tiger. Each hand is dealt or each spin is conducted in real time by the dealer. Live-dealer games are available 24/7 on our platform.

Slots are automated games that spin reels and generate random outcomes. Examples include Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, and Mahjong Ways. Security and data

You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time through your Account Settings. Select Help, then Contact Support, and specify "Data deletion request" in your message.

We will respond within a standard timeframe and verify your identity before proceeding. Once approved, we will delete your personal data (name, email, phone, address, ID documents) from our active systems. However, we retain anonymised or aggregated data that cannot identify you for platform analytics, and we may retain records required by law (e.g., transaction history for financial compliance) for a standard retention period.

If you have an outstanding balance in your account, we will process a withdrawal to your nominated payment method before deleting your data. If your account has been flagged for investigation or dispute, we may not approve deletion until the matter is resolved.
